3M™ Ribbon Cable Wiremount Socket 1.27 mm (0.050") Pitch 451 Series allows for much higher connection density using less board space. 3M socket 451 series increases design flexibility – its small size allows for placement in dense or compact spaces. The 0.050” pitch allows for more terminations in a compact space.

Designed for versatility as well as space savings when used with 3M ribbon cable, 3M™ Ribbon Cable Wiremount Socket 1.27 mm (0.050") Pitch 451 Series is a robust connector in a small package. It features a 0.050” pitch socket body in multiple position counts, along with a cover and optional strain relief. Center polarization is available. Optional friction latches reduce overall connection time and help prevent accidental disconnection. The 3M socket 451 series uses IDC connection to mass terminate flat flex cable in end as well as feed-through termination.
