The 3M™ Heat Shrink Splice Kit Series 91-AHMC with heat shrink crimp connectors allows for a simple, quick, and secure cable connection and is suitable for all common plastic cables with PVC or XLPE insulation in low voltage applications. You can use it both indoors and outdoors, as well as for underground installations. Due to its high shrink ratio, it covers a wide cross-section range, which means only a few sizes are needed for a variety of connections.
The joint kit is highly resistant to aging and chemicals and has very good mechanical strength. A kit contains a thick-walled outer tube, four or five inner tubes, the same number of heat shrink crimp connectors, as well as emery cloth. The mechanical connectors are suitable for copper and aluminum conductors and do not require special tools.
