3M™ Film Tape 92 is 1-mil polyimide film backing with a silicone adhesive system for exceptional heat resistance. Tough and thin, it is designed for high-temperature applications.

3M™ Polyimide Film Electrical Tape 92 is used as a solder masking tape in a printed circuit board assembly. The tape has a smooth and uniform thermosetting silicone adhesive coating that offers good adherence while eliminating bare spots and lumps. UL Listed and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
