3M™ Optically Clear Adhesive 8215, 305 mm x 30 m, 125 µm, 1/Roll

Manufactured in clean room conditions, 3M™ OCAs are highly specialised transparent adhesives commonly used in touch screen constructions, display bonding, transparent graphic overlays, and other applications requiring high quality, optically clear lamination to enhance contrast and eliminate surface reflections. Offering low haze (typically <1%) and high optical transmission (>99%), 3M™ OCAs are formulated for high temperature, humidity, and uv resistance. Key considerations: the substrates to be bonded, the thickness of the adhesive required, the need to cover an ink-step, the presence of corrosion-sensitive layers (eg bare ITO), and the environmental conditions in which the final assembly will be used. Thickness impacts bond strength and the ability to cover ink-steps. Clean room application is required to obtain maximum product benefit.
