3M™ ATW is a thin wall Heat Shrink Tubing range, designed to provide reliable performance for electrical splices, connections, and terminations up to 600 V. ATW Heat Shrink Tubes have a flame retardant polyolefin crosslinked wall and a Shrink ratio of 3:1. ATW tubes are UL-224 certified.

3M™ ATW is a fast shrinking thinwall polyolefin heatshrink tubing. Shrink ratio is 3:1, minimum shrink temperature is 120°C, operating temperature is -55°C to +130°C. ATW is RoHS compliant, flame retardant - self extinguishing and provides good chemical resistance. ATW is especially designed for the automotive industry and provides a fast shrinkage after heat is applied. The shrink ratios are tailored for insulation applications in the automotive harness market. ATW is highly flame retardant, with high shrink ratio, good chemical resistance and is suitable for most automotive applications. ATW is available in sizes from 2.4/0.8 mm to 38.0/12.7 mm with a wall thickness (recovered) of 0.4-0.9 mm in color black. Standard packaging in reels. Certificates / Approvals: UL-224 105 ºC 600 V, File E48398 / IEC 60684-3-212:2006.
