3M™ Film Tape 1205 is 1-mil polyimide film backing with an acrylic adhesive system for good heat resistance. Tough and thin, it is designed for higher temperature applications

3M™ Electrical Tape 1205 has a pressure sensitive, acrylic adhesive that offers optimized adherence. This tape is designed for anchoring leads/terminal boards. It is ideal for use as wave solder masking tape in a printed circuit board assembly. This flame retardant tape is highly resistant to heat and solvents. UL Listed and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
